This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the CALENDHUB platform.
Payments for CALENDHUB are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record. As such, all billing, refunds, cancellations, and payment-related matters are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.
CALENDHUB offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, no payment is charged.
If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial period, the selected subscription plan (monthly or annual) will automatically begin, and the applicable fee will be charged.
CALENDHUB offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled by the user.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to the Service will remain available until that time.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy. Eligible users may request a refund through Paddle using the original purchase receipt or by contacting Paddle’s customer support.
Paddle will review and process refund requests based on their applicable policies and requirements.
Certain features of the Service operate on a token-based system. Tokens are provided as part of an active subscription and are intended solely for use within the Service.
Tokens do not represent monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The handling of tokens in connection with cancellations or refunds is subject to Paddle’s refund policy.
All billing, refund, and cancellation requests are managed by Paddle. Users can access Paddle’s customer portal using the link provided in their purchase receipt email or via our customer portal .
