By accessing and using CALENDHUB ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CALENDHUB is an AI-powered visual creation platform that enables users to generate, edit, and enhance images and videos using artificial intelligence technology. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI image generation from text prompts
• Image-to-image transformations
• Video generation and editing
• Custom model training (LoRa)
• Background replacement and object removal

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI models
• Use the service for spam or malicious activities

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services. Content generated by our AI models is owned by you, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Our AI models, algorithms, and platform technology remain our intellectual property. You may not attempt to extract, copy, or reverse engineer our proprietary technology.

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled by the user. Refunds, cancellations, and billing-related matters are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy. 7. Token System

The Service operates on a token-based system, where certain actions consume tokens. Tokens are allocated based on the user’s active subscription plan and are intended solely for use within the Service. Tokens do not represent monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that our Service will be available 100% of the time. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

CALENDHUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Albania.
